We have had the privilege of assisting many new and existing clients with the purchase, sale, financing (mortgaging) and re-financing of their homes and investment properties. We have also advised clients with respect to transfers of property between family members for estate and tax planning purposes.

We are extremely proud that virtually all of our real estate business is generated by referrals and repeat business. We believe that our success is the result of our philosophy of service to our clients.

Our experience with first time buyers and clients who have not been involved in a real estate transaction for several years clearly shows that, from the clients' point of view, answering their questions about their transaction on a timely basis is the key to client satisfaction and to developing strong client relationships.

To ensure that our clients experience the level of satisfaction to which they are entitled, we invite our client to attend a preliminary meeting where we describe what we will do to prepare for the closing, explain what the client has to do and preview the closing arrangements. We also answer at this time any questions that the client may have regarding the transaction, and discuss financial arrangements and closing costs.

As part of our commitment to providing relevant information to our clients in a timely manner, we have posted a number of sample documents on this site. Purchasers and sellers can view samples of the documents they will be required to sign at closing. They can also preview a sample of our Letter of Introduction which contains a lot of important information about their upcoming transaction. We invite everyone to view the "How We Work" section -- we trust you will find it interesting.

New and existing clients can download these documents in MS-Word or PDF format by clicking below and entering your client password. The download will open in a new window. New clients and current clients who do not have a password can obtain one by calling us at (416) MY1-4LAW {691-4529} or by sending an email to password@eyton-jones.ca.
